Each approved propeller is born from a rigorous process of research, testing and optimization, ensuring reliability, efficiency and a superior flight experience for all pilots.
PROPELLER DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
A rigorous process for each propeller.
Each approved propeller is born out of a rigorous study and testing process involving both companies: starting with structural and aerodynamic tests conducted at Helix, then moving on to technical and flight tests at Vittorazi. Each validation cycle can last up to three months and involves up to 250 hours of intensive testing.
FAST ACCELERATION PROPELLERS
Developed by Helix and Vittorazi together, fast acceleration propellers combine innovative design with a narrow, high hub and an anti-slip VH profile, enhancing responsiveness and control. Lighter and more efficient, they reduce torque effects and fuel consumption while maximizing thrust and flight range. Engineered for rapid acceleration and reduced vibrations, they offer a smoother, more efficient flying experience.
ENGINEERED FOR EXCELLENCE
2-YEAR / 150-HOUR WARRANTY
This extensive testing and validation process allows us to confidently offer a two-year / 150-hour warranty on our engines if combined with the approved propellers.
