Vittorazi is always at the service of the customer and offers the maximum coverage for its products: all motors sold by Vittorazi before 31 December 2021, have 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. To meet every need, all the motors sold by Vittorazi from the 1st January 2022 have a warranty of 2 years or 150 hours of use: this warranty remains in force for a period of 2 years/150 hours of use, means that the engine is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase or 150 hours of use – whichever occurs first. The replacement of parts under warranty is carried out by authorized and expert dealers: a team that is always at your complete disposal, passionate and trained at the highest levels, able to intervene on your Vittorazi engine with the same care and attention that is put by the company in the design and realization of each product.

Controls are rigorous and the guarantee request procedures are orderly and safe, with a view to offering complete assistance and solving any problems as quickly as possible. Spare parts are shipped from the company and are always original Vittorazi products; our dealers are equipped with all the necessary tools and are always prepared for every type of service, from the simplest to the most complex.
