It took 3 years of design and development, and over 1,500 hours of flight tests to finally bring it to the market with all the quality, robustness and reliability requirements on which the company does not compromise.
Only those who have been designing paramotors for over 30 years know how important it is to minimize the volume and footprint of an engine.
This is why we focused on the design of a compact layout and on reducing the number of components, gaining a uniform air flow towards the propeller, greater installation flexibility and low propagation of vibrations.
The power is always optimal, thanks to the liquid cooling system which has the function of controlling and maintaining the adequate temperature in different environmental conditions.
Even the straight-toothed gear transmission with Skiving surface finish contributes to greater power thanks to low friction levels and perfect smoothness.
The diaphragm carburetor also offers maximum performance in terms of power, consumption and power output even in critical atmospheric conditions.
The Cosmos 300 is equipped with the Twin Spark technology of aeronautical derivation, a system consisting of two independent ignitions capable of offering double the safety. But there is more. The engine is equipped with the VDO sensor which monitors the cylinder head temperature and is designed for the EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) sensor; two devices that ensure its maximum reliability.
Flying with the Cosmos 300 is comfortable.
The countershaft reduces the vibrations perceived during flight and reduces the stress of the components from a mechanical point of view, increasing the reliability of the entire aircraft.
When the engine is idling, the clutch contributes to superior comfort and maximum safety during ground operations.
The company makes the word “reliability” its guiding principle, so much so that it does not just apply it to engines but to its entire distribution channel, guaranteeing partners in-depth training. The MasterClass, the only one in the sector, is the Vittorazi Motors Academy which trains the correct maintenance of its engines by issuing “Official Dealer” certificates of participation.
The company also keeps the spare parts of each engine for up to 10 years to allow its end consumers the security of having original spare parts for a long time, without problems.

Il progetto prevede, a partire da risultati di ricerca già acquisiti, l'ingegnerizzazione e l'industrializzazione di un nuovo prodotto, il motore Mule250.
Il progetto ha tra gli obiettivi: l'ingegnerizzazione e prototipazione esecutiva del nuovo motore, il miglioramento delle caratteristiche prestazionali e tecniche del prodotto, l'industrializzazione del nuovo motore, la promozione del prodotto innovativo e sviluppo della fase di commercializzazione per il nuovo mercato.
Ingegnerizzare, industrializzare e produrre il nuovo motore Mule250 da proporre a un nuovo settore di clientela, acquisendo una fetta di mercato importante per lo sviluppo dell'impresa.
