From minimotos to paramotor, passing through motorcycling. A common passion that brings together multiple generations and provides cross-disciplinary lessons.
Paramotoring and motorcycling are two sports united by passion, competition, and team spirit. Matteo Orazi, General Manager of Vittorazi Motors, recently had an experience that enriched his personal and professional life, offering valuable lessons for the world of paramotor and competitions. Participating in an intense and rewarding motorcycle race, Matteo demonstrated how dedication, courage, technique, and experience can be applied across various sports.
“Since childhood, motorcycle competitions have taught me to manage pressure and adrenaline. In this sport, keeping a steady nerve even under intense stress and having quick reflexes is essential. Moreover, the technical and moral support of the racing team throughout the weekend significantly boosted my confidence. The cohesion and competence of the team indeed enhance the rider’s tranquility and confidence in their vehicle and abilities, leading to remarkable results. These are added values that I would like to convey to the VRT paramotor pilots to improve their performance and ensure greater safety.” Orazi Matteo, Vittorazi Motors General Manager.
The same principle applies in business, where a harmonious work environment, in which each member contributes to common success, can lead to significant innovations and improvements in business performance. The motorcycling experience demonstrates how a well-organized team can surprisingly enhance individual and collective results.
In this context of innovation and growth, it is important to remember Vittoriano Orazi‘s contribution to the world of minimotos in Italy. Vittoriano created a movement that revolutionized the industry, allowing a new generation of riders to develop their skills from a young age. The minimoto movement, born from Orazi’s vision, has offered many young people the opportunity to approach motorcycling in a safe and structured way, fostering the emergence of new talent and promoting a sports culture based on fair competition and personal growth.
Today, Matteo Orazi’s experience in the world of motorcycles is more than just a sports adventure. It is a journey of growth and learning that starts from minimotos and reaches the world of PPG. Dedication, technique, and the ability to face challenges with determination are values that, if applied strategically, can lead to extraordinary successes and a future as solid as that of the Vittorazi company, now led by Matteo and Andrea Orazi, both Vittoriano’s sons.
This experience has shown that the boundary between motorcycling and paramotoring is just a thin line, ready to be crossed to bring excellence to both worlds.
