The first edition of the Paramotor Championship lands in Florida, supported by Vittorazi Motors.
From December 8 to 16, 2024, the skies of Okeechobee, Florida at Sunniland Ranch Airport, will host an unprecedented adventure: the Paramotor STOL Classics, the first-ever paramotor championship in the United States. This unique event celebrates the passion for flight, blending competition, skill, and pure excitement.
The Paramotor STOL Championships will follow the Classic discipline format, featuring a series of precision and navigation tasks designed to test the pilots’ diverse skills in a thrilling context. As the first paramotor championship in the USA, the event is not only an opportunity for pilots to showcase their talents but also a symbol of the growth and recognition of this sport in a country where the love for flying is a long-established passion.
But there’s more. We are proud to announce that for this first edition of the championship, Vittorazi Motors will be one of the title sponsors of the event. Competition is an integral part of Vittorazi’s DNA, and paramotor racing is a core element of our identity. Following our recent victory at the World Paramotor Championships in August, our commitment to excellence in this sport is stronger than ever.
For Vittorazi, the United States represents a vibrant and united community that inspires and constantly drives us to innovate. Supporting the Paramotor STOL Classics is both an honor and an opportunity to strengthen our bond with this extraordinary community, contributing to the development and promotion of a sport that embodies freedom and adventure.
Supporting events like this allows us to stay close to the pilots, fostering not just competition but also the growth of an environment where flight can become accessible to more and more people. With our engines – from the comfort of the Atom80 to the versatility of the Moster185, the thrill of the Factory-R, the power of the Cosmos300, and the innovation of the revolutionary Moster185 EFI – we are committed every day to delivering unparalleled flight experiences. Every Vittorazi engine is designed for exceptional performance.
Organizing a championship is always a complex endeavor requiring significant effort and resources. We are immensely grateful to everyone who has contributed and continues to work hard to make the Paramotor STOL Classics a reality:
– Leah Catullo, an acro flying and competition legend, an inspirational figure for all women in the industry, and a loyal Vittorazi pilot, will serve as Event Director for the Paramotor STOL Classics;
– Ghada Baz, Vice President of Strategy for Aurora PPG and professor at University of Central Florida, she provided great support to Vittorazi for our sponsorship and to whom we now wish the best of luck in her role as Project Manager for this competition;
– Jack Clark, a highly experienced paramotor pilot and now serving as Technical Officer, whom we had the pleasure of getting to know through his role within the organization of the 2024 Paramotor World Championships, won by Romain Mauban with the Moster185 EFI;
– The Executive Film Producer and Digital Media Curator will be Reese D’Aquin, paramotor pilot and content creator. With his inspirational content, along with Brennan Thompson, Executive Producer, and Bobby Sutherland, Owner of Get Funky Media, he is a great asset to the entire paramotor industry.
Good luck to all the pilots who will compete in the skies of Sunniland! Vittorazi Motors is proud to be part of this adventure and to fly alongside you toward new milestones.
Let’s rock the sky!
