Pasquale Biondo was born on 14 May 1983 in a small village in western Sicily.
At the age of 13 he started playing with his father’s paragliding wing. At the age of 14 he met Vittoriano Orazi, the founder of Vittorazi, who gave the first paramotor to his father: Pasquale discovered this fantastic new way of flying with him.
The approach to the world of paramotor competitions was completely accidental: in 2005, during an event, he took part in a precision competition and won the first prize which was a paramotor with Vittorazi engine. Then he began to take an interest in competitions and the same year he participated in the world championship in France.
The results arrive a few years later: in 2011 he finished 5th at the Fly Games in Brazil, in 2013 he won the Baltic Sea Open Paramotor Championship in Estonia, in 2016 he got on the podium of the World Championship in England, at third place. In Italy he was 7 times Italian Champion, in 2014/16/17/18/19/20/21.
In 2007 he graduated in aerospace engineering with a thesis on paramotor performance.
In 2010 he became PPG instructor, examiner and test pilot for Vittorazi.
From 2013 to 2017 he was president of the specialty technical section (STS_vds vm/paramotore), member of the Central Sports Commission of Aeronautical Sports (CCSA) and Italian delegate at CIMA/FAI.
In 2022 he became World PPG Champion in the PF1 category (foot launch) with Moster 185 with EFI technology in Saquarema, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

VITTORAZI MOTORS 250CC

Il progetto prevede, a partire da risultati di ricerca già acquisiti, l'ingegnerizzazione e l'industrializzazione di un nuovo prodotto, il motore Mule250.
Il progetto ha tra gli obiettivi: l'ingegnerizzazione e prototipazione esecutiva del nuovo motore, il miglioramento delle caratteristiche prestazionali e tecniche del prodotto, l'industrializzazione del nuovo motore, la promozione del prodotto innovativo e sviluppo della fase di commercializzazione per il nuovo mercato.
Ingegnerizzare, industrializzare e produrre il nuovo motore Mule250 da proporre a un nuovo settore di clientela, acquisendo una fetta di mercato importante per lo sviluppo dell'impresa.
