It just finished the international open paramotor slalom championship, also valid for the Spanish and Andalusian national championship in Bornos. The Vittorazi Racing Team, made by the young 24-year-old world vice-champion Nicolas Aubert and the remarkable Ramon Morillas, has achieved good and encouraging results throughout the event.
In fact, Nicolas Aubert got the 4th place overall in the international open foot launch competition, flying with the Cosmos 300, the latest engine designed by Vittorazi, which was used for the first time in an official competition. The engine revealed indeed promising signs in terms of performance during the competition which will be a very important step for its future development.
Ramon Morillas confirmed his value by winning 3rd place on the final podium of the Spanish and Andalusian national championship flying with the Factory R.
Both pilots, who used the Cosmos300 during the trial sessions, were enthusiastic about the power delivered by the engine and its amazing thrust. “This feature allowed me to fly with a wing of even smaller size and therefore be able to deal with changes of direction with such a quickness I have never experienced before”. “I am really satisfied with the engine overall” those are the thoughts shared by Nicolas Aubert after the competition. Also with regard to the reliability of the engine which, during the tests and the race alike, did not require any technical intervention or adjustment the two pilots shared their praise: “the smooth sound of the engine delivers a feeling of reliability, you really feel it is built with top class components”.
From this week of competitions, we come back with important feedback on the engine, the Cosmos 300, which this year represents one of the most important challenges for the company in its ongoing growth as a market leader in innovation as it represents Vittorazi Motors’ entry into a totally new market segment such as that of the 300cc engines designed for paramotors, hang gliders and light aviation.
