I have been flying paramotor at the Great Pyramids for the first time in 2018. It was definitely an unforgettable experience. Back then I had no idea that I would have been back there with an even more extraordinary project: flying at the Giza Pyramids by night!
The tour started in El Galala, on a coastline of the Red Sea only 1.5 Km away from Il Cairo. It was a perfect location to prepare the equipment and make a few easy flights in perfect sea-breeze conditions. Then we took a local flight to Luxor, an open-air museum, simply magical! We were amazed by all the temples and monuments sightseeing from the air and not only that.
Flying the Atom 80 along the Nile river just next to the ancient city was incredible. Even in humid and hot air, the engine starts very well and delivers just the right amount of power. It is always reliable and I love it for that!
From Luxor we headed back to Giza for the night flight over the Pyramids. What a great coincidence that there was a full moon that night!
At 7 pm the lights on the Pyramids went on, which looks spectacular. Sadly the wind was a bit too strong to fly all 4 sides of the Pyramids, but the views were magnificent and breathtaking! What an experience!
The paramotor tour in Egypt was breathtaking. Visiting the ancient ruins of what was the Egyptian empire gives a complete perspective of it, how rare it is to get this done while flying!
As always I travel and fly with the Atom 80. It is light and compact to travel with. It is easy to pack in the travel bag and this save me some travel expenses.
I hope that the photos are a great inspiration for all the pilots who are considering going there!

Ingegnerizzare, industrializzare e produrre il nuovo motore Mule250 da proporre a un nuovo settore di clientela, acquisendo una fetta di mercato importante per lo sviluppo dell'impresa.
