Vittorazi Motors triumphs in Chambley: Cosmos300 EFI crowned World Champion on its debut.
The skies over Chambley (France) closed on a World Championship that will go down in the history of Vittorazi Motors. Fabrice and Oriane Breuzard, already World Champions in 2022 in Brazil, have once again claimed gold in the PL2 class (two-seater trike). A victory built on consistency, reliability, and absolute focus, made possible by Fabrice’s experience and talent and by the precision and determination of young Oriane. After the serious accident that forced her to stop, Oriane never gave up: she fought with courage, believed in her comeback, and today crowns her journey of rebirth with a well-deserved gold medal around her neck.
This gold medal is the result of tireless work: over the past year, the entire Vittorazi team worked non-stop to deliver the French pair a Cosmos300 EFI equipped with everything needed to become World Champions. In this type of championship, reliability and flawless fuel management are decisive: the Cosmos300 EFI, making its first appearance at a World Championship, brings home the most coveted title. A huge satisfaction for the entire team, who supported all Vittorazi pilots and their engines 24/7.
EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) technology is increasingly taking center stage in PF1 category competitions, symbolizing top performance and reliability within everyone’s reach. After victories at the 2022 World Championship in Brazil with Pasquale Biondo and the 2024 Worlds in England with Romain Mauban, the Cosmos300 EFI’s triumph on its debut marks another major milestone.
This result not only confirms the exceptional nature of EFI technology but also demonstrates the full maturity of Vittorazi engines, now a cornerstone of the brand’s reputation. The numbers speak for themselves:
PF1 Category
– 2nd place: Nico Aubert (France) with Moster185 EFI on PAP frame and Ozone Viper 6 wing, just 77 points (6,152) from the top.
– 3rd place: Pasquale Biondo (Italy) with Moster185 EFI on FlyProducts frame and Ozone Viper 6 wing.
– 7 Vittorazi engines in the top 10, including 6 Moster185 EFI and 1 Moster185 Plus.
– 11th place: Sandra Moreels, first among women, with Atom80.
PL1 Category
– 4th place: Thomas Richard with Moster185 EFI, debuting with a trike at the international level.
– 9th place: Carlos Oscar Lemos (Liberty Paramotor), who switched to the Moster185 EFI just weeks before the World Championship and immediately found perfect harmony with the engine and the new technology.
Young Talents
– Maxime Diebolt (France, 19), on his World debut, finished an impressive 4th overall.
– Bruce Daniel (Great Britain, 21) secured 10th place.
Other Key Results
– 6th place: Romain Mauban (France), reigning World Champion.
– 8th place: Daniel Jones (Great Britain), current British National Champion.
Missing, unfortunately, was our own Benedikt Bös, who surely would have placed his Moster185 EFI in the upper ranks.
This year’s World Championship, particularly in the PF1 category, was one of the most hotly contested ever: the top spots were separated by just a handful of points, and even the smallest scoring error could completely overturn the standings. In such a tight race, consistency and precision made all the difference, rewarding those who kept their cool and absolute focus.
Adding to the celebrations was the emotional result of the Italian National Team, which, with only 4 pilots, climbed to the second step of the podium, just 128 points (18,358) behind the powerful French team. A historic achievement born of years of passion and dedication: every team member contributed significantly.
First and foremost, Pasquale Biondo, who never stopped believing in the group, working hard beyond his role as a pilot to help the sport grow. More than a World Champion, he is an example for all and a true leader. Also decisive was the presence and experience of Matteo Orazi, General Manager of Vittorazi Motors, who served as Team Leader of the Italian National Team: putting his technical expertise and know-how as both entrepreneur and pilot at the service of the team. A deeply moving moment to see him step on the podium to collect the silver medal for Italy’s 2nd place in the PF1 team category.
“I gave everything for this National Team and, after years of failures and sacrifices, we are finally reaping the rewards of a journey that began twenty years ago: a podium celebrating experience, talent, and deep passion. Seeing our Vittorazi engines, used in every world category, enable pilots and teams to score points and victories confirms how essential we are today. This combination of sporting results and technical reliability is an immense satisfaction for me and continues to move me, today as at the start of my career.” Matteo Orazi, Vittorazi Motors GM.
Our compliments go to the entire Italian team: Sandro Passeri, Claudio Villi, and especially Andrea Cecchetto, who, born into the family business, at just 21 years old claimed the PF1 World Champion title. A very young pilot with incredible talent: seriousness, focus, determination, rare qualities at his age, that made the difference and led him to a well-earned success. We will be hearing about Andrea for a long time: we are proud of his result and hope his example will inspire new energy for paramotoring in Italy and worldwide. Congratulations to Andrea and his father, Diego Cecchetto, for this outstanding achievement.
As Matteo Orazi noted, year after year we have witnessed the growing use of Vittorazi engines by both pilots and national teams, a great source of pride for us. Pilots and teams recognize the quality of our products because they know how crucial performance and reliability are in aviation disciplines and paramotor championships.
We are well aware of how vital our direct presence on the field is for every participant, knowing they can count on our mechanics and spare parts when needed. Although being present requires significant investment, often making us the only ones there, we choose to do so because we know it truly makes a difference at this level of competition. Supporting the paramotor world and competitions is demanding and costly, but we know it is often vital for the sport. That is why we strive to support organizers of competitions and events that promote this beautiful discipline.
A special thanks goes to Pascal Vallée, Championship Director, for his dedication in such a complex yet essential role: managing pressure, responsibilities, and difficult tasks is no small feat, and his commitment made this edition a success. Equally heartfelt thanks to the Marshals, led by Bruno Oulha, a team of skilled, reliable professionals whose competence and integrity ensured the smooth running of the competitions. Without their contribution, events of this caliber would not be possible.
